Teknics India Infotech designed and deployed an integrated audio-visual and video conferencing solution for a modern boardroom, creating a professional meeting environment that supports presentations, hybrid meetings and seamless collaboration.

The solution combines an 85-inch interactive display, an integrated video bar, additional table microphones, wireless connectivity and a mounted room-control tablet to deliver a more convenient and user-friendly meeting experience.

The boardroom required a unified collaboration solution that could support participants seated across an extended conference table while making meetings easier to initiate and manage.

1.⁠ ⁠85-Inch Interactive Display

A large-format interactive display was installed at the front of the boardroom to provide clear visibility for presentations, shared content and collaborative discussions.

2.⁠ ⁠Integrated Video Bar

A video bar was installed below the display, creating a clean and consolidated front-of-room conferencing setup.

3.⁠ ⁠Extended Table Microphone Coverage

Additional microphones were deployed along the conference table to support voice pickup for participants seated across the extended meeting area, helping create a more inclusive conferencing experience.

4.⁠ ⁠Mounted Room-Control Tablet

A dedicated tablet was mounted in the room to provide convenient access to meeting controls and simplify the user experience.

5.⁠ ⁠Wireless Connectivity

Wireless connectivity was incorporated to make meeting-room use and content sharing more convenient, reducing dependence on traditional cable-based workflows where supported.

The room was designed around a simplified meeting workflow, including one-touch joining of scheduled meetings, subject to the configured Microsoft Teams Rooms platform, account and calendar integration.
